主要职责
Principal Accountabilities
1. 设计工作
Tool Design Work

1) Design plastic injection molds and blow molds according to Rose standard;
根据玫瑰标准进行注塑模具和吹塑模具设计
2) Conduct mold flow analysis with headquarter , develop molding failure mode effects analysis;
与总部一起实施模流分析，针对注塑成型失败案例进行分析
3) Participate in design review of new product plastic components with Rose headquarter in Germany, provide expertise on molding;
与德国总部一起进行新产品设计检讨，并提供成型方面的专业意见
4) Provide innovative solutions to molding process ;
对模具加工流程提供创新的解决方案
5) Improve the previous mould, take care of the mould drawing and update it.
模具改善，图画更新、存档
6) Work with tooling department and production department for mold fabrication;
与模具部门,生产部门 一起讨论模具设计方案
7) Participate in validation and qualification of new molds;
参与新模具的确认和验收
8) Complete design and detailed drawings for manufacturing and assembly ;
完成设计并为加工和装配提供详细的模具设计图画

2. 延伸职责
Further Duties

制定设计计划并如实汇报工作进度.
Making design schedule and providing the working report on time.
协助模具经理管理设计团队和培训初级设计师
Support tool manager to manage design team and training junior designer
Special Features
任职要求

本科及以上学历，模具或机械相关专业优先
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mould & Machinery related is preferred
良好的英语沟通能力
Good international and communication skills, both verbal & written in Chinese & English.
熟练操作Pro/E, UG或 Solidworks 软件
Good at Pro/E, UG or SolidWorks.
5年以上塑胶模具设计经验
At least 5 years' related working experience
了解现场加工工艺
Be familiar with the mold processing technology
独立、主动性强
The character is active and independent
有一定的创新能力，团队合作意识强
creative thinking, good team working skills
