rincipal Accountabilities

Sales Accountabilities

Responsiblefor the commercial link between the regional customers and rose plastic.

负责所负责区域内客户与公司的商务联接

Developand deliver sales budgets for the assigned customer base. Review actual salescontinually and explain any variances against budget targets for:

      + Volume and value

      + Product mix

      + Days of sales outstanding (DSO′s)

       根据所负责区域内客户情况制订相应的销售预算,并持续的分析实际达成与预算之间的差异,如体积、价值、产品结构、应收账款周转天数等

Define andquote selling prices either in line with the profitability targets or at alevel thought appropriate. Discuss special prices which are different from themarket or agreed level with senior management. Negotiate and then implementpricing policy at the customers.

根据利润率目标等定义销售价格,如需为客户提供特别价格,则需与高管共同讨论。

Managepayment terms and credit schedules at customers to achieve the business targetsworking capital. Initiate credit clearance for new customers and obtain creditlimits prior to making credit sales. Initiate alteration (augmentation) ofcredit limits for current clients through the Credit Controller.

根据公司业务目标管理付款期限和信贷计划.

Negotiatemutually acceptable settlements to customer claims following technical / supplydifficulties.

针对技术或者供应链方面的困难,负责与客户友好协商,共同讨论解决方案

Maintain aclose watch on competitive activity both at assigned customers and in the restof the market.

负责所负责区域内竞争对手的信息收集

Report allimportant issues like: customer visits or activities, project negotiation orevolvement.

向上级汇报所有重要的事务如客户拜访活动,项目协商及参与情况

Maintainand further develop the sales from the core markets of cutting tool &hardware. Keep and steady the market leader position for rose plastic.

维护切削工具和五金行业等核心市场的业务,保持维护公司在此行业的领先地位

Pay moreattention and time for developing the new customers and diversified markets,like engineering, medical device, consumer, gifts & leisure, stationery,etc.

在多元化的新市场如精密机械、医疗器械、消费品、礼品、文具等行业开发新客户

 

Market Development Activities

Maintaincontact with different Dept. such as Sales & Marketing, Project Management.at defined customers to smooth the passage of approval for rose plasticproducts.

与其他部门如销售、市场、项目管理等部门保持沟通,确保经公司批准生产的产品顺利传达至客户

Attend andvisit the relevant exhibitions, bring back useful information to enlarge thecustomer base.

参加、拜访相关的展会,收集有效信息以扩大客户群

Feedmarket knowledge back to head of sales dept. and corporate marketing staff.

向销售部门负责人和市场部同事反馈市场信息

The job holder reports to and is managed by head of sales dept.

负责华北地区业务维护及开发,无固定办公地点

 

Requirement:

Passionate, initiative, self-disciplined, business ethic  有激情,有开拓精神,自律,有职业操守

Above 3-year hands-on experiences of direct sales 3年以上直销经验
